Anda harus berada dalam tempat yang sangat gelap spt dalam bilik yang tertutup tanpa sebarang cahaya dan cuba rakam gambar. selepas anda menekan butang keluarkan bateri kamera seleps beberapa ketika masukkan semula bateri... cuba rakam gambar dan lihat hasilnya kalau masih belum berjaya rakam gambar ulangi langkah tadi sehinga berjaya mungkin kena cuba sampai 10 kali atau lebih... kalau tak berjaya juga cuba dapatkan magnet yang kuat sikit dia punya kuasa tarikan. matikan kamera, bermakna kamera zoom berada dalam keadaan asal atau masuk kedalam. letakan magnet pada tgh2 kanta dan main-main sikit supaya ia boleh menggerakkan shutter yang tersangkut... namun cara ini tidak digalalakan. risiko tanggung sendiri...
apapun shutter tersangkut juga dalah tanda2 awal yang CCD atau imej sensor akan rosak. Jadi kadang-kadang penyelesaian masalah tadi adalah bersifat sementara sahaja.. bagi masalah yang serius hantarlah kamera anda kepada yang pakar! atau beli kamera baru hmmmmmmmmm...
